Michelle Cleveland is the Operations Manager where she provides oversight to the operations departments, including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, production planning, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and maintenance. Additionally, Michelle also assists with the implementation and evaluation of procedures that improve day-to-day operations, ensuring the sustained efficacy of Americase’s quality management system.

While Michelle joined the Americase family early in February, 2021, she held a variety of roles with Accurate Metal Stamping, learning the ins and outs of a variety of tasks. Prior to this, Michelle was raised in a multi-generational manufacturing family where she gained hands-on experience conducting administrative tasks critical to the manufacturing of essential products, gaining a vast understanding of the business processes in manufacturing.
