Amber Farris is a dedicated HR professional and an integral part of the Americase team, serving as an HR Manager. With a focus on fostering a positive workplace environment, Amber plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of all Americase employees.
Amber’s current responsibilities include leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources department, encompassing recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and the enforcement of company policies and practices. Her commitment to creating a workplace that values integrity and family aligns perfectly with Americase’s core values.
With over a year of experience at Americase, Amber’s expertise in HR is evident in her dedication to her role. Her previous experience as an HR Manager for a non-profit organization advocating for abused children equipped her with a wealth of knowledge in this field. Prior to that, she worked in the pension department for Lehigh Hanson, a large construction company, where she coordinated pension benefits for retired employees and supported the Benefits Pension Director.
Amber’s commitment to her profession is reflected in her educational background, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and Science from the University of North Texas while consistently making the dean’s list.
