The ThermalVault is Americase’s new fire-proof lithium battery storage cabinet designed to keep people, property, and facilities safe from thermal runaway events. Built with our proven fire-mitigation technology and expertise, it offers a cost-efficient, easy-to-use, and sustainable alternative to non-approved or overly expensive storage methods. Ideal for corporate facilities, retail stores, repair shops, and even home garages, ThermalVault makes lithium battery safety simple and reliable.

Capacity: Up to 13,000 Watt-hours (13 kWh) at full charge (targeted).
Construction: Double-walled steel with Frax ceramic insulation. Stainless steel hinges and latches.
Shelves: Five steel shelves coated with high density polyethylene (HDPE). Shelves can be customized to your specific needs.
Dividers: Adjustable HDPE thermal barriers designed to block propagation inside the cabinet. Can be customized and resized to accommodate different battery sizes.
Door: Self-closing and latching for fire containment.
Mobility: Casters with leveling feet.
Optional Features: Stat-X fire suppression, smoke/temperature alarms, HVAC integration.
Sustainability: 100% recyclable and can be made with 100% recycled materials.
Compliance Goal: SAE J3303 (in development).
